Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% service fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
By booking, clients agree that any applicable fees may be charged to the card on file, or that an invoice must be paid before scheduling a future appointment.
Please note that feeling unwell or being on your menstrual cycle is still considered a late cancellation and falls under this policy.
